What You'll Do

• Record professional-grade Italian voice audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian — your ear for the language is second to none
• Equipped with a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Naturally detail-oriented when evaluating tone, clarity, pronunciation, and emotional nuance

Nice to Have

• Experience in broadcast, dubbing, commercial voice-over, or theatrical performance
• Familiarity with regional Italian dialects or accent variation
• Background in audio production or home studio recording
• Prior exposure to AI voice evaluation or linguistic quality review
