This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing instincts and a sharp, inquisitive mind. No technical or AI background required — just a love of language, ideas, and a knack for asking the right questions.

What You'll Do
- Craft original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
- Design questions, scenarios, and tasks that challenge AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
- Create prompts that probe AI behavior around safety, nuance, and edge cases
- Follow style guides and prompt-writing templates to ensure consistency and quality
- Iterate on your prompts based on project feedback and evolving needs
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A creative thinker with strong, clear writing skills
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across diverse subject areas
- Able to write confidently on a broad range of topics without deep expertise in each
- Comfortable working within structured guidelines while still bringing originality
- Detail-oriented and responsive to feedback
- No technical background or prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, education, or content creation
- Experience with logic puzzles, debate, research, or critical analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
- Interest in how AI systems reason and where they fall short
