What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to modern best practices
- Solve complex algorithmic problems and develop high-quality reference Python solutions
- Write clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving approaches
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and ambiguities in AI-generated responses
- Help set the standard for what good Python code looks like — at AI scale
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
- Deep fluency in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features
- A sharp eye for code quality — you notice inefficiencies, anti-patterns, and edge cases others miss
- Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in writing
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in algorithm design, competitive programming, or technical interviewing
- Familiarity with software testing, code review processes, or engineering standards
