What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
- Solve complex algorithmic problems and develop high-quality, production-grade Python solutions
- Write clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving strategies
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and ambiguities in AI-generated outputs
- Provide structured, detailed feedback that directly improves how AI models write and reason about code
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Deep Python expertise, including modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- 3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices
- Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to code review and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in technical writing, code review, or engineering education
- Familiarity with AI tools or code generation platforms
