Python Proficient AIT Expert Researcher, Masters Level

The ideal candidate holds a Masters-equivalent research degree in a STEM, computational, or humanities field and demonstrates native or near-native English proficiency. They have hands-on experience with Python and a proven background in agentic or rubric-based AI training work paired with strong academic writing and critical reasoning skills developed throughout their research career. Candidates with active annotation or LLM evaluation experience, a track record of structured output quality, and familiarity with evaluation frameworks are prioritized for immediate engagement.
