Registered Nurse Expert

AfterQuery partners with frontier AI labs to build expert-level evaluation and training data. We are hiring registered nurses as contractors to review, create, and rank clinical content that teaches AI models how real nursing works. You will evaluate AI-generated patient education, triage guidance, and clinical documentation for accuracy and safety, and create expert demonstrations drawn from your own practice. The work is paid hourly, fully remote, and fully async - you choose when and how much you work. Your clinical judgment directly shapes how safe and useful these systems are in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety
• Create expert demonstrations of nursing workflows, triage, and patient education
• Rank and label model responses against nursing best practices

Required qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (ADN or BSN)
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or comparable care setting
• Strong written communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• BSN or MSN degree
• Specialty certification such as CCRN, CEN, or OCN
• Experience in ICU, ED, or other high-acuity settings
