About the Role
We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build the next generation of intelligent security systems. As a Security Operations Analyst, you'll bring your real-world SOC experience to bear on a cutting-edge challenge: teaching AI how to think like a skilled analyst.
You'll work through realistic incident scenarios, evaluate AI-generated security reasoning, and ensure outputs reflect how threats are actually detected, triaged, and resolved in modern environments. Your expertise directly shapes how AI behaves in the security operations context — this is meaningful, high-impact work.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic SOC scenarios — incidents, alerts, and investigations — to assess what's happening and why it matters
- Classify alert severity, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
- Review detection logic and investigation workflows for accuracy and completeness
- Evaluate AI-generated security outputs and flag where reasoning deviates from real analyst practice
- Help validate and improve AI systems so they mirror how skilled analysts actually work
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
- Solid familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert triage workflows, and threat investigation processes
- Strong ability to distinguish genuine security signals from noise and false positives
- Clear written communicator who can explain security reasoning in structured, precise terms
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with EDR, SOAR, or threat intelligence platforms
- Background in threat hunting, malware analysis, or digital forensics
- Familiarity with AI evaluation or data labeling workflows
