• Build and deliver: Join client teams or lead AI engagements from discovery through production.
• Shape the network: Help define how we qualify expertise, partner with clients, and deliver successful projects.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their business challenges, AI priorities, and technical requirements.
• Participate in client discovery and scoping conversations alongside Braintrust's team.
• Recommend appropriate AI solutions, architectures, tools, and implementation approaches.
• Lead AI consulting engagements, from initial strategy through implementation and production.
• Help organizations identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing workflows, products, and operations.
• Collaborate with other AI experts and technical specialists when projects require multidisciplinary expertise.
• Share insights on emerging AI technologies, implementation practices, and market trends.

• Extensive professional experience delivering AI projects for businesses or clients.
• A track record of taking AI solutions beyond proof of concept and into production.
• Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ability to assess business needs, recommend solutions, and help define project scope.
• A combination of strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise.
• Interest in working independently while collaborating with Braintrust and other experts on client engagements.

Braintrust AI Experts is building a network of independent consultants who help businesses turn AI ideas into practical solutions. We’re looking for experienced AI experts interested in hands-on consulting, leading projects, and helping clients define what to build and how to deliver it.
Selected applicants will be invited to complete our certification program and, upon certification, be considered for relevant client engagements—from embedded consulting to opportunities to scope and lead their own projects.
