About the Role

What if your social media instincts and cultural awareness could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of people online? We're looking for Social Media Content Evaluators to review and rate AI-generated posts, captions, and comments — helping ensure that AI produces content that feels authentic, engaging, and appropriate for real social audiences.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who is plugged into social media culture and has a sharp eye for what makes content land. No marketing degree or content creation background required — just genuine familiarity with how social media works and what makes people stop scrolling.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a range of platforms and formats
• Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, clarity, and appropriateness
• Identify content that feels unnatural, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or potentially harmful
• Provide structured feedback on trending topics, cultural references, and platform-specific conventions
• Rate batches of content using clear evaluation frameworks — independently, on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Active social media user with genuine familiarity with current trends, formats, and platform culture
• Strong instincts for what makes content engaging, shareable, or problematic
• Culturally aware and sensitive to nuance across different audiences and communities
• Detail-oriented with clear, concise written communication skills
• Self-motivated and consistent when working independently
• No prior marketing, content creation, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in content creation, community management, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with multiple social platforms — including short-form video, microblogging, or image-based formats
• Background in communications, journalism, media studies, or cultural analysis
• Awareness of brand voice, audience targeting, or content strategy concepts
