About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of French speakers around the world? We're looking for professional French-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding voice, professional recording setup, and fluency in French.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality French voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated speech quality
• Review and refine scripts to ensure they're written for natural, engaging delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Fluent in French — native or near-native proficiency
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar work
• Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
• Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience recording in multiple registers — conversational, formal, dramatic, instructional
• Familiarity with audio editing software or DAWs
• Knowledge of regional French variations — European, Canadian, African, or otherwise
• Background in broadcast, theatre, e-learning, or commercial voice-over work
