About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with hundreds of millions of Indian English speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to participate in paid studio recording sessions — helping leading AI research teams build speech systems that truly understand the way real people talk.

This is a contract role involving a small number of focused, well-compensated studio sessions. You'll be doing meaningful, impactful work — and your voice will help make AI smarter for an entire linguistic community.

> Important: This project does not involve voice cloning. Your recordings are used strictly to improve AI speech understanding.

• Session Format: 4-hour sessions (2–3 sessions total)
• Accent: Indian English (native or near-native)

What You'll Do

• Record natural, conversational Indian English speech in a professional studio environment
• Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
• Deliver realistic, human-sounding speech — natural and unscripted in feel
• Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery across different scenarios
• Bring authentic Indian English accent and cadence to every session

Who You Are

• A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with studio recording experience
• A native or near-native Indian English speaker with a strong, authentic accent
• Comfortable performing natural dialogue and conversational speech on cue
• Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction
• Fluent in English at a working level for communication and instruction

Nice to Have

• Background in acting, performance, or broadcast media
• Prior experience with podcast, commercial, or narrative voice-over work
• Familiarity with recording in a professional studio environment
