About the Role

We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality voice samples in Italian based on provided scripts and creative prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic natural delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Fluent in Italian — native or professional-level speaker
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
• Naturally detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, pacing, tone, and clarity
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple voice styles — commercial, narrative, character, or broadcast
• Familiarity with audio editing software or digital audio workstations
• Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
• Awareness of regional Italian accents and dialectal variation
