About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in Spain to participate in paid studio recording sessions for a leading AI speech research project.

This is a short-term contract role with competitive hourly pay and a straightforward commitment — just 2 to 3 sessions of 4 hours each. Your voice won't be cloned. You'll simply be helping AI systems learn how real people speak.

What You'll Do

• Record natural, conversational Spanish (Spain) speech in a professional studio environment
• Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
• Deliver realistic, human-sounding speech that feels unscripted and natural
• Follow light direction on tone, pacing, and delivery as needed
• Bring your professional experience to produce high-quality, authentic recordings

Who You Are

• Native or near-native Spanish (Spain) speaker with an authentic Castilian accent
• Experienced voice actor or voice-over artist comfortable in a studio setting
• Natural at performing conversational dialogue — you can sound real, not rehearsed
• Professional, reliable, and receptive to direction
• Working-level English for communication purposes
• Currently based in Spain

Nice to Have

• Background in acting, performance, or theatre
• Prior experience in broadcast, podcast production, or professional studio recording
• Comfort performing both solo monologues and back-and-forth dialogue
