About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands real human speech? We're working with leading AI research teams to help machines better understand the way people actually talk — and we need authentic Mexican Spanish voices to make it happen.

This is a paid contract role for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in Mexico. You'll record natural, conversational Spanish in a professional studio environment, contributing to one of the most meaningful frontiers in AI development. This project does not involve voice cloning.

• Session Format: 4-hour sessions (2–3 sessions total)
• Location: In-person at a professional recording studio (locally assigned in Mexico)

What You'll Do

• Record natural, conversational Mexican Spanish speech in a professional studio setting
• Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
• Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and authentic
• Follow light direction on tone, pacing, and delivery style
• Bring genuine expressiveness and vocal range to every session

Who You Are

• A native or near-native Mexican Spanish speaker with an authentic regional accent
• Currently based in Mexico
• Experienced in voice acting, voice-over work, or professional audio performance
• Comfortable recording natural conversations and dialogue — not just narration
• Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio environment
• Working-level English for communication purposes

Nice to Have

• Acting or performance background
• Prior experience in broadcast, podcasting, or studio recording
• Comfort with both scripted and improvised conversational delivery
