About the Role

We're looking for Voice Recording Specialists to contribute natural, clear speech samples that help train the next generation of AI speech systems — making them sound more human, more natural, and more accurate.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No voice acting experience or audio engineering background required — just a clear speaking voice, a reasonably quiet space, and a willingness to be recorded.

What You'll Do

• Record natural speech samples by reading provided scripts and responding to conversational prompts
• Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of expressive speech
• Ensure recordings are clean, clear, and free from background noise and distortion
• Complete metadata forms that describe and categorize each recording session
• Participate in both scripted reading sessions and open-ended conversational recordings
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Clear, natural speaking voice in your native or fluent language
• Access to a quiet recording environment — a spare room, home office, or similar space works perfectly
• A microphone, headset, or smartphone capable of capturing clean audio
• Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded in a relaxed, natural way
• Reliable and self-motivated when completing task-based work independently
• No voice acting, audio production, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in broadcasting, podcasting, narration, teaching, or public speaking
• Familiarity with basic audio recording tools or software
• Ability to deliver multiple distinct vocal styles or registers
• Background in performing arts, communications, or education
